Pop icons Madonna and Kylie Minogue have released their first-ever joint collaboration, dropping two new remixes of ‘Love Sensation’ from Madonna’s latest album ‘Confessions II,’ following a rare joint performance at WorldPride Amsterdam.
Details:
- The release: Madonna and Minogue released the ‘Afterhours Radio Edit’ and ‘Afterhours Mix’ of ‘Love Sensation’ on Thursday, both produced by Stuart Price, who also produced the original album.
- The two versions: The 3:35 radio edit keeps much of the original while adding a Minogue verse; the 6:14 Afterhours Mix is a full reimagining with layered vocals and building percussion.
- The backstory: The project was announced after Madonna and Minogue performed together at WorldPride Amsterdam 2026, where Madonna’s 30-minute set featured a rare live collaboration with the Australian pop star.
- Chart success: ‘Love Sensation’ hit No. 1 on Dance Airplay last week, while ‘Confessions II’ debuted atop the Hot 100 albums chart in July, making Madonna the only act with a No. 1 album in four different decades.
